I have not received my order even though I ordered on Aug 26. I have also fully paid for the device.

Wrong Way To Provide Support

If you purchased a company only two years ago, where is its inventory? Is there any inventory? What recommendations do you have? None of these questions asked provided any help. I was so upset I did not even look through your site because I did not want anything to do with a company that served this level of “support!”

Terrible customer support. Will not respond to email support tickets, and has disabled the ability to call the customer support line during business hours.

I've had a Dock Pro that's been constantly stuck at random temperatures and factory resetting itself constantly for almost a month, and I've received no assistance with the issue. Calling their customer support line during their posted hours results in a recording telling me I can leave a voicemail? I've finally received one generic "please reset the device" email over a week after submitting a ticket. I want an exchange for a new device that actually works, or I want my money back...

Website works badly, customer support takes over a week to respond, thus I missed the 25% sale. Can't call either.

Don't purchase

I cant even find out when my sleep system will ship! I have paid for it, at first i was able to check thei site and it said, item not shipped yet.” Now they have removed the option to check about shipping.
