Terrible customer support. Will not respond to email support tickets, and has disabled the ability to call the customer support line during business hours.
I've had a Dock Pro that's been constantly stuck at random temperatures and factory resetting itself constantly for almost a month, and I've received no assistance with the issue. Calling their customer support line during their posted hours results in a recording telling me I can leave a voicemail?
I've finally received one generic "please reset the device" email over a week after submitting a ticket. I want an exchange for a new device that actually works, or I want my money back...
