I make an order 9/9/2022 and paid more to get it the next business day. Today is 9/18/2022 and still did not get it. The customer service is so bad.

The reliability of the Dock Pro is atrocious. It does not come with a remote, so the only options are manually changing settings or trying to use your phone app. Could not connect to phone app ever. We even purchased a router extender and a more powerful router without success. Then a couple of months later all of the water started leaking out on the floor from the machine. Attempting to get through to customer service is nearly impossible. Have to wait on emails. Even attempting to send the unit back was uncoordinated. Will never use this product again nor refer it to anyone else.

I placed an order and received no updates on shipping. I sent multiple emails inquiring on the status of the order, with only useless autogenerated e-mail replies. My credit card was already charged for the over $2,000 order. This is unacceptable. This is particularly frustrating because I am a repeat customer. The website allowed me to place the order for an item that is obviously not in stock. Chilisleep did not provide any customer service for me.

I had not been able to use the product!!! Sent an email to customer support got a message back with general information about how to connect the product to the wifi connection, which is the same info that came with the product package.

ChiliSleep is unable to fulfill orders though are willing to take taking customers’ payments. What’s worse is that ChiliSleep does not make it clear upfront before a customer makes a purchase the depths of their fulfillment issues, leaving the customer to discover this on their own after spending thousands of dollars. You need to move to a waitlist system until you have your product fulfillment issues solved.
