Would love to submit a review of the product if I ever get it

I would love to be able to rate the product but I have not yet received it 11 days after ordering. It hasn't even shipped. Nothing on the website or order confirmation indicated issues with backorders or shipping delays and nobody has reached out to me since ordering to set expectations. Oof.

Buyer Beware - Horrible Return/Exchange experience

Loved the product when it worked - DockPro unit broke after 5 weeks. Customer Service group was very helpful on setting up the return, but extremely slow to reply to any emails. Problems really started when shipping department repeatedly sent incorrect replacements 2+ times to incorrect address....then said 'supply chain' problems were causing the continued delays. Problem was new units were available on the website for next day delivery. I asked for immediate replacement after waiting 2 months and paying full price for the system, but Customer Service said they could not help due to internal policy for returns - which means upper level business execs are not paying attention to customer satisfaction. Not the way I run my business.

Sleepless in Florida

I'm getting less sleep now - Took so long to ship then hose was defective Trial and error trying to Sync bluetooth & find appropriate temperature is crazy - where is the science from the sleep studies ? I set it around 78/79 but still wake up not more than 3 hours later freezing - If I turn it off and fall asleep then my body warms the pad to 85/86 f and I'm too hot I wake up again- Waiting for feedback from Customer service -so Disappointed - It's been an Exhausting process - very regrettable so far
