Buyer Beware - Horrible Return/Exchange experience
Loved the product when it worked - DockPro unit broke after 5 weeks. Customer Service group was very helpful on setting up the return, but extremely slow to reply to any emails. Problems really started when shipping department repeatedly sent incorrect replacements 2+ times to incorrect address....then said 'supply chain' problems were causing the continued delays. Problem was new units were available on the website for next day delivery. I asked for immediate replacement after waiting 2 months and paying full price for the system, but Customer Service said they could not help due to internal policy for returns - which means upper level business execs are not paying attention to customer satisfaction. Not the way I run my business.
