Awful customer service.

I am a 10 year chili customer and have never been so disappointed. I have a DockPro that I have been fighting with since I got it. It won't connect. I've been on the phone with Customer service and with Google Fiber for hours and hours. Nothing. Customer service said I could return it, but then they stop communicating with me. I've sent emails and left phone messages. Then another customer service person says it's past the date to return. Horrible. I love my OOLER but when it no longer works, I will never buy another product from Chilisleep, as customer service (Which I've always spoken so highly of) gets it together to send me a return label like they promised me, weeks ago. At this point I have a non usable paper weight sitting in a box on the floor of my bedroom.

Device having problems,”warranty” not what it seems

Device stopped cooling wel after a little over a year. Also turns off in the middle of the night randomly, can’t keep at set temp despite being able to do so easily when I first got it. Support is less than helpful, ran me through a number of things I told them I already did, and now *I* have to pay to send it back (for them to “take a look”) because I’m in the second year of the warranty. Beware what they offer for a warranty- there are a lot of caveats.

Terrible Product, Even Worse Customer Service

We purchased a dual reconditioned Chilisleep Ooler system and were sent absolute DUDS! One unit was completely unusable as once it was plugged in it tripped our circuit breakers and cut power to our entire house. The second unit although working had all the case screws fall out and is completely stripped so don't actually hold the housing together anymore. It's absolutely disgusting and shameful that a company can knowingly send out such obviously broken and unsafe products. We were so excited about these systems improving our sleep and had them internationally shipped to our location overseas. This was delayed by 6 weeks which the company did not even inform us about. Now we tried to open a dispute but were denied as we didn't want to waste even more money to have the stupid units shipped back at our expense. So much wasted money, time, effort. This company needs to take a look at their quality procedures and customer service as this has been one of the absolute worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. And I will let everyone know about, on all platforms afforded to me. Disappointed.
