Ordered the product a week ago and it still hasn’t shipped. No update from the company other than “we are sorry… we will let you know when it ships.”

Horrible 75% of the time. 25%. It works wonderfully.
Will not allow you to get a refund and return their product even though it has not worked correctly since you purchased it. I should not have to send it back for repairs every other month while only getting probably a good weeks worth of it. Working out of it. Now. Don't get me wrong when it works. It works well but again I should not have to return it for repairs every other month.

Horrible customer service
The absolute worst customer service possible. You say you are selling so many units that it is impossible to have a live person or live chat. Well lucky you for rolling in the profits and not putting any of it toward customers who trusted you to help them. I hope you enjoy all the profits and not caring about your customers.

No customer service
Customer service is lacking, don’t expect someone to be proactive with you. Takes days to hear back via email and forget the phone, no one ever answers.

Whats the problem with service ?
Service used to be good , I haven't received a service contact in 6 mo of trying to get an issue taken care of I have cubes, oolers and a couple new docks .
