Not so great experience

I think I’ve had the product for about 2 years now but have never really been happy with my purchase. It works to an extent but the reservoir is hard to keep clean, even with distilled water, and customer service isn’t that great. Sent my unit in for repair and it came back with the same issue and more. Now waiting for the second time, hopefully it comes back with no issues this time. Probably wouldn’t buy another sleep me product. Will shop around for a better product.

Not happy at all

My ooler died after about two weeks. It arrived at the wrong house across town and has a crack in it. Worked fine for a couple weeks then just refused to cool. Waiting on a replacement for over a week now and still don't have a shipment notification.

Worst product and customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

Your product is awful. I purchased it over a year ago and it failed in the first year. Since then I have been dealing with faulty replacement parts and faulty cubes and now I want a refund and I can’t have one. This product is a piece of crap and I will not recommend it to anybody or your customer service.

Poor quality product and slow customer service

ChiliPad stopped working under warranty and it took about 6 months for them to finally send a new one

Poor service, faulty product

I was very disappointed in how long this took, how poorly the company communicated, how little the company cared to understand and address my concerns, and how little the company stood behind their product which has now had a fatal flaw twice since I bought it.
