The products break, and the customer service sucks.

I would absolutely not recommend these products. Absolutely terrible. In the less than 2 years I have had my Ooler, I have returned and exchanged them 3 times. I was sent used equipment that was moldy and broken (screws stripped and literally fallen into the shipping box, broken displays, leaking pads). Dealing with customer service was unacceptable. Weeks waiting for replies to emails, incorrect information regarding timing of replacements happened with every single return. This product is a luxury item with absolutely terrible reliability and customer service. I have never had such a terrible experience with any product I have ever purchased regardless of price. I am so frustrated with this product that I am leaving reviews on review sites to tell other people what an awful experience this has been.

Poor product (Ooler)

poor quality products, even worse customer service.

Ordered a king size chilli pad. On the initial set up one of the units was faulty from the get go. Called customer service and asked for a replacement told me it would ship in 2wks at best. Informed them after spending all this money to have a replacement in 2wks is not okay. Still waiting for our replacement. Then asked us to send back the faulty one regardless of receiving our replacement. This company is a joke.
