Broke in 3 months had to send back for repair...
Was OK while it lasted. No heat or cold one day. Did all the "troubleshooting" methods. No luck. Emailed with customer support (days long process because, you know, no phone support). After much messing about they decided it should be returned for repairs.
Given how expensive this is I was very surprised that they don't send a replacement unit out. Nope, that's right they don't. Just supposed to wait for 2-3 weeks after they get it for the repair and then return shipping. So by the time it's all said and done it'll have been almost 2 months without the unit.
Not impressed at all.
