High priced - High maintenance - Low quality

High priced - High maintenance - Low quality. Spend more time maintaining the Oolers or with the units down than do with them running. Would not recommend to anyone to spend this much money on this system.

My bank didn’t like the sketchy payment setup.

Purchases through a shopify platform that passes the secure payment off on shop? Yeah my bank flagged this as questionable. Support was unhelpful. This led me to reconsider my purchase and after looking at Reviews on Amazon, I convinced myself that the cost was not worth the quality. If the site and product have so many issues? Am I really willing to pay $1000 for an inflatable mattress component? It’s just too much. Sorry.

Good when it works but...

customer service has been very slow. My Ooler stopped working and I haven't had a working unit in awhile now. Can I please get a replacement?

Cool great, poor management, customer service is terrrible

The Doc Pro has the best cooling capacity in the industry. The problem is the customer support is terrible. I set up the unit and it didn’t work. I connected customer support. Wait 2-3 days until they call back. The unit was defective and they authorized a return. Wait 6 weeks for the new unit to show up. Install it and it worked somewhat but would connect to my wifi in a reliable way. Connect with customer service, wait 3 days. If you are lucky and your unit works 1st time, then life is great. Otherwise be prepared for long, long, long delays and no communication from the company
