Cool great, poor management, customer service is terrrible
The Doc Pro has the best cooling capacity in the industry. The problem is the customer support is terrible. I set up the unit and it didn’t work. I connected customer support. Wait 2-3 days until they call back. The unit was defective and they authorized a return. Wait 6 weeks for the new unit to show up. Install it and it worked somewhat but would connect to my wifi in a reliable way. Connect with customer service, wait 3 days. If you are lucky and your unit works 1st time, then life is great. Otherwise be prepared for long, long, long delays and no communication from the company
