Where is my doc pro?

I ordered a dock pro almost 3 weeks ago and haven’t heard or seen a thing from the company since. I checked the order status and nothing is happening with the order. I had heard order fulfillment was a problem on some other reviews and unfortunately they are true.

Poor settings and delays

I was not told when significant delays were expected in my order. It has now been over a month and still no product. If your company expected a delay you should inform people instead of waiting for them to go through the trouble of reaching out. The website itself is poorly designed with having to select privacy settings each time, regardless of using the same device.

Disappointed with warranty and shipping

Warranty period starts on the day you purchase and product does not ship timely. I have been waiting over 2 weeks and no shipping notice and no product. I continue to get emails to buy more and the only status update was when I asked about me order. A proactive communication about supply chain issues would be beneficial.

Ooler Repair Service

Returned my Ooler the first week of August for service. It still has not been returned to me. No contact from this company about the status of my repair. My wife has breast cancer & has been thrust into menopause & relies on the Chili sleep system for comfort during hot flashes. Disappointed!!!
