I bought your black Friday deal of 30% off for whole body laser hair removal for $698. When I went to make an appointment the receptionist refused to honor it and said I would be getting my money back via a check in the mail. Since I was a previous customer almost 2 years ago I got a whole body hair removal then but it didn't remove all my hair. The clinician said ideally that I would need 2 years whole body hair removal to get the results I needed. The receptionist on the phone tried to up sell me to a much more expensive monthly plan. I was so disgusted at her approach. If you are offering a package deal you should honor it no matter who is buying it. I guess I will take my business and money over to your competition. I'm very disappointed as I really liked dealing with your company until 2 days ago. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The person I talked to had a really hard time articulating her thoughts and explaining what the problem was. Very annoying and I was on hold for a long time only to be told I couldn’t use my membership and it would take weeks to get a refund.
