Not an honest company

I had a membership with simplicity 8 years ago… well now I purchased some packages for touch ups. After one round of treatment, they re evaluated my purchase and said I’m disqualified from this packages by being a previous customer. Queue the cancellation of all future appointments…how annoying.

Awful bait and switch policy.

I am disappointed in your business. You would rather lose 2, long term customers than honor what you sell on your website. You can't "bait & switch" customers from the good priced packages to your super expensive memberships. Just honor what you sell!

My purchased did not say new customer only or nothing down those lines like the one year package. I wasted my time buying a package only to be denied to use it because I was a returning customer. Now, I have to wait for a check because you guys don’t do automatic refunds.
