I purchased an 8-treatment package online for laser hair removal for sideburns. When I called to set up my first appointment, I was told that because I was a customer for the exact same treatment several years ago, I could not buy another laser hair removal package for sideburns. I requested a refund and it's being processed and mailed to me in a check. They said I can expect it in 10-15 business days.

I paid via app and haven't gotten a call for the package. The package I purchased a month ago got me on the books for later in March. Very disheartening to know that customer service and availability are on the back burner before I even start going.

Very misleading advertising!
