I am disappointed in your

I am disappointed in your business. You would rather lose 2, long term customers than honor what you sell on your website. You can't "bait & switch" customers from the good priced packages to your super expensive memberships. Just honor what you sell!

My purchased did not say new customer only or nothing down those lines like the one year package. I wasted my time buying a package only to be denied to use it because I was a returning customer. Now, I have to wait for a check because you guys don’t do automatic refunds.

lack of clarity in the

lack of clarity in the website descriptions led me to purchase something that they will not allow me use. very disappointing, and honestly a waste of time. on top of that, the only way they can refund me is a check? seriously? to clarify - the description on the website for the package does say "limit one package per person" or similar, but it emphatically does NOT make clear that the Groupon I purchased a year ago is this same package. i'm not an expert in your packages, i don't work there; please make it abundantly clear prior to purchase.

I think you do a good job but if you won’t buy a monthly membership, you can see in their body language and how they treat you that they are not happy with you. I loved it for my first 3 appointments but after yesterday I will not be going back after my next 2 appointments. My experience yesterday was not good! And made me feel like never going back. It’s a bummer because I was going to do this for my adult children for Christmas presents!

Not Accommodating

I have been a client for 5+ years, I got the Black Friday email and they didn't specify the details on who could buy it. They would not accommodate the service I bought even though I had paid monthly for over a year.
