I thought I found a great deal online and paid for it but when I went to book an appointment they said I didn't qualify because I had been there 5 years ago and they wanted me to sign up for an 18 month contract.

Bought packing on line. Called to schedule. Got hard upsale. Convinced me to cancel the whole transaction.

I purchased an 8-treatment package online for laser hair removal for sideburns. When I called to set up my first appointment, I was told that because I was a customer for the exact same treatment several years ago, I could not buy another laser hair removal package for sideburns. I requested a refund and it's being processed and mailed to me in a check. They said I can expect it in 10-15 business days.

I paid via app and haven't gotten a call for the package. The package I purchased a month ago got me on the books for later in March. Very disheartening to know that customer service and availability are on the back burner before I even start going.
