Website is deceptive. I purchased a package and then they called and told me I wasn't eligible. The reason they gave me wasn't anywhere on the web site. The service person was ridiculous and her answers to my questions weren't based in reality. You would think they would want my $1000 and to provide me with the service I wanted to pay for. Not a great business model. So disappointing. :(

Hair is coming back. Not permanent results. Their laser technology needs to be updated.
