Lies and deception

Bought a package online for a special. It said nowhere on email that you had to be a new client to use - I went to redeem it and they said because I’ve already been going there I was unable to use it. They offered to refund my money.. which yes I’ll take back but now I have to wait 3 days for it to come back to me. When I called they said it was in the fine print - no it was not because I checked before I purchased. If you relieve any email with a promo it should be active for YOU not just new clients. I’ll be finishing my treatments I purchased with them and will be going else where.

Not Great

This is a review of my one year, unlimited hair removal package. I kept getting calls that I owed them money, even though I paid for the package up front. It took 3 months to sort it out. Once I was 6 minutes late and they would only let me get a partial session done. But the next time I came, the gal who was giving me treatment was training a new person on some computer things and didn’t start my session until over 15 minutes past my appointment time. Most sessions involved quick, poor attempts at actually covering the entire area they were treating. Some areas has almost no coverage and hardly a reduction in hair, let alone total hair removal. Near the last 2 months, every time I came I was pressured to sign up for more months. When I did renew- it was only because I figured- the devil you know- I had gotten an email with a holiday sale. Only to find out o could not buy another package since I had bought a package to start with. So why was I getting an email about that sale, and why was I able to proceed with the purchase?? When I called to schedule with the new package, I was told I wasn’t allowed to have it, and was given some complex way to use my credit - calling after every session to cancel for a month then calling back the next month to start it again or some nonsense. I asked for a refund and was told it would take up to 6 weeks. So just poorly managed on the financial side, techs that are just trying to get you in and out without caring about getting good results, and high pressure sales tactics all around. Even the devil you know theory couldn’t hold up to all the negative experiences I had here.
