Frustrated that I didn’t get the referrals deals after referring couple Of Friends. And not being able To buy a package after I was in a membership Before. It’s doesn’t make Sense, it does for Simplicity that wants To make money and don’t value their customers

I purchased a Brazilian package online and I couldn't use because they said I was a costumer of them already. Last time I was there it was years ago. The treatment didnt even work that well in the first place, and that's why I had to buy more treatmens. This place is a ripoff. Don't go there. They only care about money. I'll never go back there again.

Honestly, I'm disappointed. I keep getting the promotional emails, despite not being eligible for any of them- and despite being able to purchase them. you really should have a system to not send promotional emails for packages current customers can't even buy. Also, I shouldn't be able to check out and pay for them if I'm not eligible to have them. This is the second time I had to get a refund for not being eligible for a package and the second time you had to issue a refund for me not being eligible.

I was a minor customer 8 years ago and because of that my prepayment of a full year is invalid because I was not a new customer. They proceeded to try and charger me DOUBLE the full amount listed for the discounted coupon. No thank you if you are going to advertise flash sales do it with the stipulation that it’s only for new customers. They also ruined my tattoo accidentally hitting it with a laser and overcharged me which is why I left 8 years ago so apparently nothing much has changed. I would love to have used this package but I was declined by the office. 1 star. I will say they offered to pay for my tattoo repair which I never followed up to do so maybe things could have turned around but this was a terrible customer experience.
