Honestly, I'm disappointed. I keep getting the promotional emails, despite not being eligible for any of them- and despite being able to purchase them. you really should have a system to not send promotional emails for packages current customers can't even buy. Also, I shouldn't be able to check out and pay for them if I'm not eligible to have them. This is the second time I had to get a refund for not being eligible for a package and the second time you had to issue a refund for me not being eligible.
