Misleading pricing

Bait and switch. Offering something at one price and then turning around and trying to charge a lot more. Criminal!

I paid online for my husband and I. I was contacted by a representative that tried to schedule me over text. I thought I had an appointment but found that it was given to someone else. So I tried again and again my appointment was given to another. I am finally scheduled so hopefully this works this time

The representative rather lost a client than worked with me. I just needed a touch up and I was told to buy a monthly membership.

Was not told that I couldn't use the promo that I paid for even after I told her that I have had this area lasered before she still said I could get the promo. Then when I called to schedule my 1st appointment they tell me no I can't use the promo and that it says it on the site I wasn't looking at the site when the rep I talked to already told me I could so when I went to the site I just clicked and paid. I'm very unhappy with the customer service and awaiting my refund
