It’s not true promotions

After I purchased a package, made my appointment, filled out all the paperwork for my appointment, followed all instructions to prepare for my appointment, I received a call the same day in the morning that they were cancelling my appointment due to something I wrote down on my paperwork. Tried to tell them that I had noted it, but wasn't having those issues any longer and they still cancelled my appointment and reimbursed my money for the package I had purchased, which was only a facial package. Very disappointed on the way they went about it and did not want to hear why I had written my health issue on the form .

I was not able to use the package that I bought online and instead was given to option to do a monthly subscription even though this was not a monthly treatment. Very disappointed.

I spent 30-min on the phone with CS trying to set an appointment and never did succeed. I asked for a refund to my online package purchase (since I couldn’t even get an appt made), and was told they would refund my purchase which they NEVER DID. Horrible business model, I might as well burned my money.
