The person doing my appointment was absolutely lovely. However, even after following all of the pre treatment instructions my treatment couldn’t be completed because of the slight hair growth from less than 24 hours before the appointment and I’m pretty frustrated. Giving it another try with a reschedule but I’m not convinced I didnt waist a lot of money

It’s not true promotions

After I purchased a package, made my appointment, filled out all the paperwork for my appointment, followed all instructions to prepare for my appointment, I received a call the same day in the morning that they were cancelling my appointment due to something I wrote down on my paperwork. Tried to tell them that I had noted it, but wasn't having those issues any longer and they still cancelled my appointment and reimbursed my money for the package I had purchased, which was only a facial package. Very disappointed on the way they went about it and did not want to hear why I had written my health issue on the form .

I was not able to use the package that I bought online and instead was given to option to do a monthly subscription even though this was not a monthly treatment. Very disappointed.
