My tech did not build confidence that she knew what she was doing. - her mask was below her nose - she told me to change, but did not give me the paper sheet to cover myself - she seemed confused about what she was doing with the laser- moving the machine around, etc - not sure, but she got the piece you put over the laser from one area and then later from a sanitized area - she forgot to give me the glasses to wear - she gave me the gel to put on and almost left, forgetting to do my legs - overall seemed “out-of-it” - I have had no noticeable hair removal and it has been a few weeks - I don’t know if she did it properly

terrible customer service when I called to talk through a billing issue. I was told multiple times it was my fault for not understanding, when what actually happened is I was given wrong information. They took no ownership of their mistake.

Unusable. I treated bikini line before so am not eligible for the Brazilian starter package.
