My tech did not build confidence that she knew what she was doing. - her mask was below her nose - she told me to change, but did not give me the paper sheet to cover myself - she seemed confused about what she was doing with the laser- moving the machine around, etc - not sure, but she got the piece you put over the laser from one area and then later from a sanitized area - she forgot to give me the glasses to wear - she gave me the gel to put on and almost left, forgetting to do my legs - overall seemed “out-of-it” - I have had no noticeable hair removal and it has been a few weeks - I don’t know if she did it properly

Let's start off when my daughter was 16. I got a years worth of laser for her. Let me just say she is no further along than after her treatments. It was a waste of time and no results. It had nothing to do with skin or hair type this place e tried very hard yo not treat all areas that were requested because it puts the body into shock. Totally agreed but the sessions could have been off set to get total body. If you have never had laser hair, let me tell you this you need atleast 18 to 24 session and you mostlikely will be at 85-90% of hair removed. My daighter got 6 sessions in the year, because you can only go every 6-8 weeks at this place. Thet have all these stipulations. Large, medium and small. Whelp my daughters package was all areas for a year but again they can't do total body in one session and they dont break it up either for you. Next, I just ordered 4 black friday deals, 2 large area and 2 medium. I was again supposed to go in my daughters name and it went under mine. So I called them. The person on the other end told me that my daughter didnt qualify for these deals and it was only for new patients. No where, I mean no where did it say that on the black friday deal. So I completely canceled it. I tell you this because again im 90% hair free, but I started my journey with 6 sessions in another state, then went overseas and got 6 more in Turkey, came here and used simplicity and had 6 or 8 sessions that were offer at that time. I tried to finish my journey with them, but they tried the crap with me that I wrote about as well. I finished out my sessions with a different local company. All the laser company's do this. They sell you a 6 session package and then tell you will need more after you sign up with them (then the price is a ridiculous amount so they can offset the "great deal they gave you". Average laser takes at least 2 years (12-18 sessions on all your areas) to be hair free or at 90%.
