Appointment setting

I had to call to schedule an appointment and the wait time was long. When I got ahold of a representative she was friendly but in a condescending tone. Then I was told that I would have to purchase the item and call back to schedule the appointment. The appointment process could be simplified by a ton.

disappointed with not being able to restart a treatment in an area I had done previously ( over a year) where hair is returning.

Requested Feedback

Was disappointed to be unable to use the single area packages I’d purchased. Would recommend making it clearer on the website that people who’ve bought the full body for one year package (which is not a single area package) are not eligible to purchase these. The customer service agent, however, was pleasant and polite.

Expected some reduction in hair

Expected some reduction in hair growth but there hasn’t been any. I didn’t feel anything with the laser. I’m surprised there was no adjustment of the laser. I have had laser before and they adjusted based on what I was feeling within the range for my skin type. They also adjusted based on area they were treating.

It’s pretty disappointing to purchase

It’s pretty disappointing to purchase a one year membership and have it activate the day I called but not be able to get an appointment for about a month and a half. That’s basically cheating me out of one set of treatments. If there are no appointments available it should start when the appointments are available.
