I had my first treatment here, but after a weeks I haven’t noticed any changes. There’s been no shedding or signs that the hair follicles are weakening. Compared to treatments I’ve had at a private med spa, where results lasted around eight weeks, the laser here seems much weaker. The session itself felt a bit rushed and not very thorough, and the technician seemed more uncomfortable than I was. While the staff was very friendly and welcoming, overall the experience wasn’t a good fit for me.

I ordered a whole face package and when I called to make an appointment the told me they couldn’t do it because I was a previous customer.

Place is below average. No professional or qualified personnel on site from what I have seen.

I have been pretty disappointed with the business model and service. The laser treatments worked OK but the client retention was pretty terrible.

Very long wait with no apology for it.
