It's a decent facility and experience, but there's a double standard about time. I've some times waited for up to 30 mins despite reaching on time for my appointment. But one time that I was late due to some road work going on on my route, they told me that I was late and they might not be able to treat all the areas. There's also a lot of upselling happening during the treatment about buying monthly subscription. It's annoying but not a deal breaker.

I bought a one area bikini. I already had bought an under arm. The catch is, it’s hard to get an appointment with them.

The representative was polite and professional. I don’t like that I can’t call the clinic directly to schedule an appointment.

Customer service was great via phone.

I love simplicity laser, just very sad that I was unable to downgrade from unlimited entire body to a 3 area package
