Good laser but appointments are rushed.

I waited all day before my appointment for paperwork and release forms, the email only came through less than 30 minutes before the appointment. I spent 15 minutes filling out additional paperwork before I was pulled back. Once we got to the treatment room I was told I could not be treated because of a medication I take. I was told we could reschedule for next week once I was able to go a week without taking the medication, however when we went to reschedule there was no availability for six weeks. That is when I would have been coming in for my second treatment. It’s incredibly frustrating. I would look at other locations but this one is closest to me. I wish I could schedule at a different location for my first appointment, but I was told that I can only use one location at a time and that there is a fee if I switch locations more than once. I’m very frustrated by this. Six weeks is quite a long time to have to wait. I wish someone could have checked with me about medications before the appointment so I didn’t waste my time by rearranging thing and leaving work early to go in.

Very poor effort from Simplicity Laser to schedule. The representative over the phone is not helpful and very condescending. If you don't have ability to schedule the clients soon, then do not advertise it and make the clients wait for at least a month

I want to start by saying the staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and the pricing was very affordable. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for, and I would not recommend Simplicity Laser based on my experience. I purchased a 4-session male Brazilian package. Since this service is advertised on their website, I expected a smooth and routine treatment. Instead, it felt like the technician had little experience with male Brazilians — the session was rushed, patchy, and I saw zero results. I’ve had laser elsewhere and typically see shedding and patchy regrowth; none happened here. They also used a YAG laser, which is primarily designed for darker skin tones. I have light skin with dark hair, which responds much better to an Alexandrite laser. While YAG can work, it’s less efficient for my skin type and likely contributed to the lack of results. They would not refund my remaining sessions. The package wasn’t expensive, but a business should stand behind its service when no results are delivered. In short: friendly staff and clean facility, but ineffective treatment and disappointing service. I recommend they train techs thoroughly for male services and match clients with the correct laser type to avoid wasted time and money.

I had a full body session, but it didn't work. Maybe the laser intensity was too low, or it really didn't work. No hair fell out or was burned.
