Cons: -Company uses a one-size-fits-all approach. Rather than tailoring to individual needs. -Tech was pushy on getting products. I understand needing to make sales but the Tech needs to find a different way to sell product vs instilling fear in clients. - Front desk is only able to schedule 6 weeks apart, otherwise they can get in trouble which is insane. Pros: -Tech was great performing the treatment, felt as if she got every spot thoroughly. -Front desk was kind and understanding upon entry and when I left. -Grace who helped me sign me up was quick to help me when I ran into an issue. --- Overall staff is great, the company is just mediocre. Other places are more personal and tailors your LHR treatments to your own individual growth cycle whereas this company seems to just do the same treatment plan with everyone. Nothing is wrong with 6-week intervals. It's just that I wish I had the flexibility of having treatments done 4 weeks apart in my first few treatments because that IS more effective than 6 weeks **when just starting** . (Company claims they go by Candela Standard but even Candela themselves states treatments safe and EFFECTIVE after 1 month/4 weeks) But the company uses Candela so you will experience Hair Reduction !

Online ehh… looking forward to my appointment though!

It was a Little odd that I purchased something and then it didn’t take me directly to scheduling an appointment… don’t like the phone call aspect. The forms to fill out were too redundant… why do I have to put my birth date 12 times…

Have amazing sales for return customers too!!!

I really have no complaints about the treatment or ease of use. Everyone was really nice and explained things well. I really love Simplicity and the results from laser treatment. I just think the way they have their pricing on the website is a bit miss leading. The amazing prices and deals are only for first time laser clients. Which sucks because I didn't use them from the beginning. (I jumped right in to paying for a membership before it got too expensive to do so) I don't even get one package at great prices. It was a big disappointment.

Good but...

It's a decent facility and experience, but there's a double standard about time. I've some times waited for up to 30 mins despite reaching on time for my appointment. But one time that I was late due to some road work going on on my route, they told me that I was late and they might not be able to treat all the areas. There's also a lot of upselling happening during the treatment about buying monthly subscription. It's annoying but not a deal breaker.
