The agent I spoke to on the phone was excellent. Super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I always had excellent technicians and was so happy with the results. I hate the setup of buying treatment. I do not want to commit to 18 months of automatic payments. I wish you could also offer a pay per treatment option, after the initial 8 starter treatments. It's confusing and cumbersome to only offer the long term packages per area. Even if it was expensive to pay per session, I wish that was an option.

The machine stopped working in middle of my treatment, my technician brought in another person who was able to get it up and running after a bit.

It’s been so hard to schedule appointments and staff seem to be inexperienced. I wish I had better experience…

Treatment and facility was nice and clean. They don’t have a phone number to the location so it’s extremely frustrating trying to get a hold of someone.
