Technician was great! Only thing is your front receptionist, she is really unfriendly, which to me it is very important that customers feel welcome. Other than that everything was good!

Customer service lady talked too fast, felt like she was in a rush

Esthetician communicated well and did her best to address my concerns from a previous treatment. Appreciated her taking the time to describe observations from her perspective. This treatment felt and offered more observable evidence of effective treatment received than with the first encounter (to different treatment areas).

Great experience for first time laser but was not happy to hear that the next appointment would be 6 weeks later! That puts my 6 treatment sessions lasting 9 months. Crazy!!!
