Quick and efficient

I had a good experience at Simplicity Laser it was quick and easy. Only complaint I have is the table was too high so I wasn’t able to get up easily and they didn’t have a step stool. They tried to lower it but couldn’t be lowered, I did feel a tad rushed just by how fast it was also I was in a lot of discomfort and the tech was trying to talk to me but I wasn’t in the mood to talk as my face was being blasted with an extremely hot painful laser. I know she was trying to be friendly but as a first timer I was nervous and not handling it well. The tech did however pause when I needed a break which was nice of her to do. Since this was my first session I don’t have any photos with results yet to share.

This place is great! They

This place is great! They are always on time and are always super friendly and willing to help me in anyway they can. The people doing the laser part have all been amazing and when I needed help because k had something go wrong with my payment the manager and the people on the phone were really great and helped me with the problem right away. I will say I think the girl at the front desk (at the fort union location) is a little rude sometimes and maybe not super helpful or knowledgeable about a couple questions I had, especially when my payment was weird but it wasn’t a big deal. Also one thing is when I bought the 18 month subscription or whatever you call it I think I was kind of duped. So I bought Groupon passes originally and when I called to use them and schedule things I was told it would be better to just upgrade to an 18 month subscription because I would get the most out of it and many more treatments for a smaller fee per month. I did the math and she was right if I could do it every 4 weeks. She knew which areas I was getting treated and i know that each area is different so we went through each area and I asked how often I could have it done she told me I could have it done way more often than what I can. So I think I am paying way more than what I originally should have done. I should have done my Groupons and then added months if I wanted to continue because I am for sure paying way more. If she would have told me the real answer and that there are limits to how soon you can do each area, I would have done the math and not done what I did. Like I said I was duped. I didn’t think the whole company should be penalized for it though so that’s why i am still doing 4 stars. I also have only had a few treatments and I can already see the difference in some of the areas! Other ones not so much yet but I am sure it’s coming! It’s so great!

All great and ease of use. Maybe a little better description of use of some of their own products. But great customer service and explanation of best deal etc…
