All except one meal was excellent. The meatloaf was bland with no taste of bacon. The broccoli was overcooked. I really enjoyed the salmon with mustard dill sauce. I really enjoyed the chicken with feta. The green beens in all meals are perfect.

I've given several 5-star reviews. We've tried a number of meal delivery companies, kept ordering from just two of them, Silver Cuisine getting the most orders. Meals range from good to mediocre so try a bunch and narrow it down. Customer service takes care of any issues promptly. Overall still 5-stars!

My husband has to eat meals less than 300mg per meal each day. He has lost 13 lbs on this program and the food is great and fast delivery.

food is very good, delivery is within a couple of days of ordering. I like the ala carte option and also that I get an AARP discount
