Excellent food. Fish meals were supurb ! Being a big fan of both salmon and seabass made me hesitant to try them. Man, am I glad that I did. !! My only problem was with the andouille sausage in both the chicken paella and the jambalaya. The casing is way too thick !! Can you find a sausage with a thinner, natural casing ?? The current one was like chewing rubber.

Meals are well seasoned, portion sized for a senior diet. Enjoy the variety and appreciate that I can eat a variety of vegetables in the meals.
