I know that the instructions say that getting results could take up to 8 days. Our water as apparently so bad that we had color changes in the IRB and SRB in 12 hours. By the 8th day, we had seen the development of air bubbles, rings of bacteria (pellicles) develop that would form, drop and stack into biofilm at the bottom (flocculent debris). It helped us show the local Environment Health department the state of our water that the landlord had claimed was OK for months. Thank you for such an easy to use and efficient test. Highly recommended test!
