We bought this anti-scalant injection system for our RO system to help resolve some scaling issues we were having. It arrived on time, and there was only a small tubing issue, which the company resolved quickly. They even sent an extra tube. The system is working great so far, and we are very satisfied with both the product and the customer service.

We are changing out the charcoal in our whole house filter and the service over the phone to walk us through the process was so good. Everything arrived on time on schedule and we’re changing the filter media out now. A great design and great service.
