Good content but membership itself sucks. Constantly being redirected to start MVP membership even though I already have one. Can't sign into app. Emailed support for help and got nothing.

I have not received any magazines or any correspondence for you all. I subscribed and paid for the subscription months ago but have not heard anything/ seen anything.

Sent to wrong address even though i updated address on profile

Still have not got it to work. Feel like it isnt easy or straightforward on getting it fixed
