Still have not got it to work. Feel like it isnt easy or straightforward on getting it fixed

No magazine, no emails yet

haven't even gotten what i ordered yet

Horrible. I purchased a MVP membership and still don’t have full access to any content. It’s been almost two months. No magazine or online content AT ALL! I’ve reached out twice. At this point I’m considering asking for a refund.
