I still haven’t got anything back from my request to return a phone holder.

Scooter is great but customer service leaves much to be desired. When the scooter arrived, vx4 GT, the rear fender was damaged. I contacted customer support 3 times and sent pictures and received no calls or emails back.

Acceleration was sluggish, handling uncomfortable, going to stick with NIU

The shipping took longer than expected, and there are issues with the scooter battery.

I’ve sent an email a few days ago asking for product support on a new scooter I purchased. Haven’t heard anything yet.
