The combination of brake failure, parts falling off, and the excessive noise has left me feeling frustrated and concerned about both the quality and safety of the product. I expected a reliable item, but what I received has been the complete opposite. I purchased this to replace the less expensive Amazon model i bought but this is a downgrade that I paid good money for
