Wish I could just speak with someone to manage this situation!

I emailed to cancel my order# 1935 but I never got a confirmation that my order was cancelled. Please confirm that the order was cancelled.

I cannot review this product, I still have not received it. UPS, the delivery service, failed to uphold delivery protocol in verifying recipient ID before completing delivery. Although UPS claims a successful delivery, I still do not have an e-scooter that I purchased from VMAX. . . .

Overall, this has been one of the most disappointing purchases I've made. The combination of brake failure, parts falling off, and the excessive noise has left me feeling frustrated and concerned about both the quality and safety of the product. I expected a reliable item, but what I received has been the complete opposite. I purchased this to replace the less expensive Amazon model i bought but this is a downgrade that I paid good money for

The front tire was flat upon delivery, i sent a service request about it to the team over the Vmax USA site, I never heard back from the team
