Customer service does not exist. I emailed them in regards to missing parts (phone holder) and there is no number to call. So if you happen to get a defective scooter , Good luck! As a I cannot even get a simple resolution to several missing parts for the phone holder

Terrible service. Sent multiple emails to check on order status. Initially the responses were just slow (weeks between responses) to eventually just no response at all. Tried restarting communications multiple times just to get simple order updates but nothing from vmax. Honestly probably the worst online service I’ve ever experienced.

This does not take hills like advertised. Slows to a crawl on medium inclines. You drop the price over $200 weeks after I purchase. Bullshit

You inability to fix my sons e scooter has been unfortunate. You expect me to pay for boxing and packing and then ship it to NY. Other option is I find a shop that’s willing to fix it and make them work w you for payment. I’ll never buy anything from your company again a waste of $400.
