I did everything I was told to troubleshoot this non-working scooter that we had for two days and it still doesn’t work. Junk! I want to return it and either get my Money back or get a new one.

Vmax says scooter is fine even though it only goes 14 or 15mph. 18mph top speed apparently means it can spin the back wheel that fast if it is lifted off the ground and has zero load.

it's been two weeks and I haven't received the parts. I'm not happy

Customer service does not exist. I emailed them in regards to missing parts (phone holder) and there is no number to call. So if you happen to get a defective scooter , Good luck! As a I cannot even get a simple resolution to several missing parts for the phone holder
