Hi, I didn't receive the air compressor, only the scooter. The tracking number is the same for both so it look that I receive it but I don't. I hope a solution can be find.

Great company and product, but service quality is poor. Takes too long to deliver, costs too much money, tires pop too easily here in Pennsylvania USA. I loved it for the time had it but Its not maintainable or cost effective enough for me to keep using this brand of e. scooter Best of luck, - Mike Penn

I still haven’t got anything back from my request to return a phone holder.

Scooter is great but customer service leaves much to be desired. When the scooter arrived, vx4 GT, the rear fender was damaged. I contacted customer support 3 times and sent pictures and received no calls or emails back.
