Between the horrible customer service and severe lack of functionality this bag exemplifies, a one-star review was necessary. It’s an absolutely awful, overpriced bag. Two cheap plastic rings secure this bag to the scooter frame, but the entire bag still giggles and flops around harming your contents inside. There are no pockets or zippers on the inside to hold your belongings, just two extremely loose bungee cord mesh nets. The moment a ride begins, your keys, phone and wallet will be clambering around inside while you ride. Also, the moment you get home and fold down your scooter, boom, contents dumped. When I politely asked for a refund, I am being charged a 20% restocking fee and forced to pay for shipping. Chris from Customer Service seemingly doesn’t care about paying customers. I’ll never purchase another VMAX accessory in my life. Please be warned. Save your money and time.

Where are the item that I paid for back in April! Still waiting for them when tracking only shows a label has been printed and nothing else. I want my items that I paid for!
