I still haven’t got anything back from my request to return a phone holder.

Scooter is great but customer service leaves much to be desired. When the scooter arrived, vx4 GT, the rear fender was damaged. I contacted customer support 3 times and sent pictures and received no calls or emails back.

Wish I could just speak with someone to manage this situation!

I emailed to cancel my order# 1935 but I never got a confirmation that my order was cancelled. Please confirm that the order was cancelled.

Flat tire. Need a new rear tire.
