Fast shipping, great scooter. It was missing some parts out of the box

I got my VX5 Pro GT last Sunday, and the build quality is excellent so far. It feels solid, well-made, and I love the design language. However, there is a slight problem. Even at a full charge with Beast Mode on, the top speed I’ve reached has been 17mph. . . for about half a mile. Then it would be about 16 mph (Display Speed) or 15. 4 on GPS for the first half of my commute. For the commute back home, my top speed would be just 15 mph (display speed). I weigh 154 pounds, so I expected to hit closer to the 18 mph Paul has reported on esg, but that hasn’t been the case for me. There’s also a slight alignment issue with the front wheel and fender. From above, they don’t line up perfectly. It doesn’t affect the ride, but it’s a small visual flaw that’s hard to ignore every time I look down. I'm happy but a little disappointed. Overall, it’s a solid first scooter that handles daily rides well, just be aware the real-world speed may be lower than expected. For my commute of 8 miles, it gets the job done.

shipping was fine. bad quality regarding installation process, pre-drilled holes were too small for the screws

Hi, I didn't receive the air compressor, only the scooter. The tracking number is the same for both so it look that I receive it but I don't. I hope a solution can be find.

Great company and product, but service quality is poor. Takes too long to deliver, costs too much money, tires pop too easily here in Pennsylvania USA. I loved it for the time had it but Its not maintainable or cost effective enough for me to keep using this brand of e. scooter Best of luck, - Mike Penn
