Service good. Product quality needs improvement.

Customer service was good. Shipping I had problems. The box was opened when I receive it and they left it outside of my place on the wet floor under rain

Box was beat to hell but everything came intact.

Good scooter. Would have expected manufacturer would have replaced the broken scooter as it was received broken.
