While I’m not too keen on melatonin based sleep support and rather tend to magnesium, I noticed my sleep latency has shortened since taking Seed PM-02. and only started a week ago. I would definitely recommend it. Got it with my accumulated rewards. Shipping and delivery are fast even when I live in Europe.
