Couldn't see ther credit on my order so emailed customer service and got an immediate personalized response assuring me that once the order was placed it would show on my account. I placed the order and that is exactly what I saw. Prompt and personal customer service is rare these days but Seed showed me that I was worth personal reply!

Love that refills come in sturdy envelope instead of plastic. Dark jar is great for refills and keeps capsules dry and fresh.
