I ordered 2 containers on Thursday at noon and didn’t receive it until Monday. As one can imagine it arrived on thawed ice and was no longer fresh. Called this company and although it was Fed Ex fault they said they couldn’t refund my money but had to ask Taylor to accommodate me for the inconvenience. He reluctantly agreed to ship me an additional crab meat in addition to the 2 that spoiled due to its very late arrival. In the future your company should automatically offer how to make up for late/ bad delivery instead of the customer asking how it could be rectified.

Had to wait until the item was in stock. Well worth it as the food was fabulous.
