Delivery and quality of processed food

Overall, the customer service has been great in providing the answers on the shipping fee. The package has been well packed so don't have to worry of food spoilage. For this I gave 4 stars. On the other had, we tried so far of the stuff clams and salmon burger. We are neither impressed either way. I had my hives broke out after eating the package stuff clams which I tested two days later, I have no allergy to clams or shellfish. I read the ingredient label and it contain lots of soy, soy hydrogenated. Soy is not good for the body, it causes inflammation. There is no taste to the stuff clams. The salmon burger contained better ingredients which is olive oil. However, it has wheat that is gluten. You can't call that as gluten free. The burger patty is too thick. For quality of the processed food, I would give it ONE star.

My first 4 orders and

My first 4 orders and deliveries went smoothly and I so enjoy your seafood. Particularly the stuffed salmon and haddock. But my last delivery did not go well. It took longer than expected, and when it arrived it was not in good condition (labels were torn off the pkgs & 1 of the pkgs looked open). I emailed the next day but never heard back from anyone.

This was my second purchase

This was my second purchase with North Coast and it went horribly. Shipment delivered a day late. Company started using cardboard instead of styrofoam cooler that I received in first shipment. Box arrived crushed and contents were inedible. Company then issued refund instead of shipping new product. Customer service responded negatively to the problem with shipping. Company should realize that if customers are purchasing Sushi-grade fish, they expect to receive it frozen.

Sorry to give this low

Sorry to give this low rating but unable to taste fish because of shipping problems with FedEx that caused it to be four days late. Company refunded money without any questions or excuses.
