Still haven't received the book after over two weeks

I ordered a map from School Depot and recieved an invoice saying "Due date 22nd April". NOthing since. It never arrived. I am 79, unwell, and couldn't face asking where it had got to. Wrote it off as another scam. It's what happens when you get old. It was different years ago. You could trust people.

I contacted you about an order where I chose the wrong items and I was told to return the items. I have returned the items and have not heard anything. I have sent an email asking about the returns and I have not received a reply to my email. This is frustrating and annoying. Please reply urgently.

Received a wrong book

Ordered on the 9th June and emailed on the 19 for an update on delivery, but still AWAITING DELIVERY or response to the email.
