No book arrived and no indication of when it might arrive

Two weeks order hasn’t arrived and no response to any emails I’ve sent

They failed to process my order from mid December. They failed to respond to my initial chasing email in late December. They finally realised in early January that order hadn't been processed and sent it out second class even though I had paid for first class delivery. Then they blamed Royal Mail for the delay without providing any evidence what so ever that the they had attempted to dispatch the order in December. Outrageous that they wrongly use Royal Mail as an excuss to cover up their own failings

Ordered my book on the 16th of November and I was told that I would receive it within 3-5 business days... it has been 16 days and still no book.

the DVD was missing I have already sent an email to you but as yet had no reply
