i ordered my item on your site on the 19th of November and i just received it today the 4th of December, one day after i received my email from you on the 3rd asking for "my thoughts". sadly what you say about expected delivery and actual delivery date is miles apart. for anyone who may purchase from this site, be aware that you may not get your goods before xmas?

There is no order to searching for books- it’s chaos. It’s needs to be by subject and then year...it literally all over the place. Your search functions is random and not intuitive. Reluctantly I use tour site...

Being asked to review my books that are still yet to arrive …. Weird

I never got a book I ordered, I have sent an email asking for follow up and no answer.

As I haven't yet received my order, or a reply to my query as to when I can expect it, then I certainly wont be using them again. Very disappointed.
