I ordered 10 of these at the same time. First, the order arrived with 2 bad ones in the batch. One had 2 beads too many, the other one was 1 bead short. I had no trouble getting them replaced with the company. The replacements arrived with one of them still 1 bead short. Again, the company replaced the defective item quickly.

Shipping was on time but not happy with the product

Product was more expensive than other sites in the end. One part of my order was not shipped out until I questioned where it was, which was after Christ mas.

It took a long time to ship and we had to call for updates.
