Shipping was on time but not happy with the product

Product was more expensive than other sites in the end. One part of my order was not shipped out until I questioned where it was, which was after Christ mas.

It took a long time to ship and we had to call for updates.

Shipping could have been better. Items were all out in the box and between the flaps of the box not taped down- I feel I lost some of the counters in transit.
