The step and repeat did not arrive in time for the event.

I've used San Diego Sign Company several times before with no problems. This time I was in a time crunch and unfortunately my artwork that I uploaded somehow was delayed in getting to the art department on time so everything was delayed by a day and it missed getting to my event on time.

The banner stand printing was crooked. I have received banners from your company in the past that were perfectly straight. These seemed rushed. I expect more for an almost $700 investment.

Customer service was okay.

I found the service to be good but I was surprised by the graphic design fees and the necessity to have them create the design. They did a good job but it just cost more than I expected.
