I only gave three stars due to confusion regarding file upload status. I thought I uploaded it when I placed the order and subsequent emails from San Diego Sign Company and my account on their website didn't mention not receiving a file. Luckily I contacted them via their Chat and they notified me of the missing file and asked me to email it. I suggest including a file upload process when orders are placed. But if that can't happen including an alert on the website saying they are waiting for a file would be helpful. Overall I love their products and their expediency but the ordering process can be improved.

We had on order two other Step & Repeats from another vendor but we needed a back up in case those didn’t make it to the show on time. These guys popped out the 8x8 S&R pop up super fast so they get two stars for that. But the artwork was distorted and the templates they supplied didn’t say specifically that a giant white border would print. It was not expensive, but neither was it really cheap.

When we open the package there was a black spot / kind of grease on the fabric. As it was 2 days before our tradeshow we were not able to replace it. Unfortunately it was a quality issue, We feel disappointed as it was an important show for the company I´m attaching pictures...

I think SDSC probably did their job but UPS didn't specify that "Next Day" air isn't next day.

Still waiting for the goods. UPS says it was delivered but I am yet to get what has been paid for. No response from UPS or SD Signs.
