The company was out of stock for the large carrying case so I could not receive a replacement. I am hoping they get more soon.

We've ordered from San Diego Sign Company for years now and have always been satisfied. This time though there were a series if issues that could have been avoided with a bit of extra care. To be honest, I'm a bit disappointed. I do appreciate the extra steps the staff took to help resolve the problems but these issues are something we have not experienced in the past. I'm hoping the company can bounce back to the quality they previously provided.

As always good quality but was disappointed that you guys failed to deliver by the in hand date. Instead of the pop up arriving at our quarters ahead of time we had to pick it up the day of at the location we were traveling for a show. All in all a large inconvenience for us

Our graphic arrived damaged. Are we able to get a replacement?

Recommended. The only company we use for banners for our shows. Good quality, reliable. Only downside is difficult to communicate with for quick answers because of reliance on technology solutions for customer service.
